QUICK CREME BRULEE WITH PEARS | |
1 lg. can pear halves, drained 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. brown sugar, tightly packed 1. Place pears in a shallow baking dish. 2. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with brown sugar. 3. Put under a broiler about 3" from the heat until sugar caramelizes. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6. |
