CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
2 c. garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/4 tbsp. seasoned pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 #2 can tomatoes

Combine all ingredients in 9 x 12 inch baking dish and cook in 350 degree oven until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked rice or spaghetti.
