SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 lg. white onions, chopped
6 eggs, beaten until frothy
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Just a little salt
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Flavored Dressing
1 stick butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) container grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain until very dry. Combine other ingredients with spinach and mix well. Chill for easier handling. Shape into balls about 1 inch across and bake in 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Makes about 60 balls.

These freeze well after shaping. Just bake them a little longer.
