1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, soft

FILLING:

3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix crust; press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Chill while making filling.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs. Beat in cream and lemon juice. Add applesauce and cinnamon. Pour into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove; loosen sides from pan. Cool completely in pan. Remove sides and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
