MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Morton Nature's seasonings
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Peel and cook potatoes. Add all the ingredients together. Put in crockpot on low for 2 to 3 hours. Add more butter if necessary.

This is great for socials and family reunions and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
