SPANISH RICE A LA HUBERT ROGERS 
1 c. brown rice
2 big green peppers, chopped
3 or 4 med. onions, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. fancy whole canned tomatoes
2 (7 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cold water
Garlic
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Cook rice with salt and water for 40 minutes (simmer). Saute peppers and onions in oil. Season hamburger with garlic, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and saute.

Add rice, peppers and onions and hamburger together then add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir gently and heat.
