CHEESE CHOWDER 
3 cubes chicken bouillon
3 c. water, boiling
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, chopped
Pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3 c. cheese, shredded

Dissolve the chicken bouillon in boiling water. Add butter, vegetables and pepper. Simmer 1/2 hour. Mix flour and milk; add to vegetable mixture. Add shredded cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
