POLISH MUSHROOM SOUP | |
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 sm. cans 2 tbsp. oil 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes 1/2 to 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, sliced 1 tsp. caraway seeds 1 bay leaf 1 c. water Sour cream or yogurt Saute all ingredients except sauerkraut for 15 minutes and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve with dollop of sour cream or yogurt. |
