BISCUIT MIX 
9 c. flour
1/3 c. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening

Combine all ingredients and store in a seal tight container on the cabinet. Do not refrigerate. Dip out what you need add milk for a soft dough. Roll and cut. Bake at 425 degree oven until brown. These are delicious biscuits and handy to have. 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of powdered milk can be used and use water, but the fresh milk makes a better flavored biscuit.
