QUICHE TARTS 
16 frozen tart shells
1 3/4 c. Half and Half
1 c. grated Jarlsburg cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chives (optional)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated onion
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped bacon
1/2 c. diced ham

Scald Half and Half and let cool. Add well beaten eggs, Jarlsburg cheese, salt, pepper, chives (optional), paprika, onion and mushrooms. Prick tart shells with fork and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, bacon and ham. Pour custard mixture over each shell and bake 30-40 minutes until quiche is set in the center and begins to turn golden brown. Note: 1 cup crabmeat or 1 cup of chopped cooked shrimp can be substituted.
