LIVER SLICES 
1 1/2 lbs. beef liver 1/2 inch thick
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing

Combine bread crumbs, paprika, minced parsley, salt and pepper. Spread liver slices on both sides with dressing and coat with seasoned crumbs. Place on a greased jelly roll pan. Place pan in pan of water and bake 15-20 minutes in 400 degree oven.
