MINI WALNUT PIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Mix well. Form into small balls. Press balls into small cupcake tin to form pie crust.

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix well. By tablespoon fill crust cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. Can freeze.
