CHICKEN WITH CHUTNEY 
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned & skinned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream or IMO
2 tbsp. chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper to taste

Place chicken flat in casserole. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney and curry powder and coat chicken breasts. Squeeze lemon juice on chicken and add ground pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve over whole grain rice. Serves 6 to 8.
