CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 bag tortilla chips 3 c. grated cheese 1 sm. can green chili peppers, chopped 1 sm. sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 baked chicken, chopped Mix together with chicken, green chili pepper, sour cream, onions and soup. Mix well. Line 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish with tortilla chips. Pour top of chips 1 thin layer of chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top of chicken mixture and layer more chips, chicken and top off with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Serves 6 generous servings. |
