CHICKEN DIABLO 
1 frying chicken, cut up into serving sided pieces
1 stick butter
1 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. curry powder, mild or hot according to taste
1/2 c. white or golden raisins
3 tbsp. toasted almond slivers
Wild rice

Place cut up chicken in single layer in greased baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees while preparing sauce.

In saucepan, melt butter. Mix in mustard, curry and honey until well blended. Pour over chicken.

Sprinkle raisins and almonds on top.

Continue baking at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Baste as necessary.

Serve over wild rice.
