CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
2 chickens, quartered
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. molasses
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. ginger
1 can (13 oz.) cling peaches, halved & drained

Oven at 375 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Combine butter, molasses, lemon juice, onion and ginger. Brush over chicken. Bake 30 minutes, basting once. Add peach halves, baste cook 10 minutes or until peaches heated.
