POT STICKERS 
1/2 lb. prawns
1/2 lb. pork, ground
Coriander
Dried black mushrooms
1/4 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 c. tops of green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sherry
1 pkg. pot sticker skins
1/4 tsp. sesame oil

Soak mushrooms and drain several times. Discard non-soft pieces.

Mix chopped prawns, ground pork, coriander, mushrooms, sesame oil, ginger, onions and sherry into a firm mixture.

Wet edge of pot sticker skin.

Place 2 tablespoon of mixture in each skin, fold and firmly press together.

Heat in skillet, brown on flat side. Add water and steam 15 minutes.
