CHEESE POTATOES 
16 oz. sour cream
2 lbs. hash browns
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter
Crushed potato chips

Mix together sour cream, hash browns, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, and Cheddar cheese. Mix melted butter and 2 cups crushed potato chips. Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake in 9x13 inch pan, 350 degrees, 1 1/2 hours.
