LEMON PUNCH CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box lemon Jell-O
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water

Mix all together. Bake, in a 13 x 9 inch sheet cake pan, in a 350°F. oven for 30 minutes or until it springs back when touched in middle with fingers. Prick with a fork and spread glaze over entire cake while hot.

LEMON PUNCH CAKE ICING:

1 box 4XXXX sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice

Stir out all lumps. When smooth, spread over cake while warm.

The pan called for in this recipe is a 13 x 9. Make sure you refrigerate this cake completely before eating - it is addictive!
