PEA SALAD 
6 hard cooked eggs, shelled and chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Le Sueur very young small early peas, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Garlic salt or powder, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients, except peas and blend well, gently fold in peas being careful not to mash. Cover and chill. Quick and easy, and great for picnics or camping trips.
