Iowa Corn Bread

 Cornfed (Pennsylvania) says:
At first, I did not question how this could not be an authentic representation of the kind of corn bread only found in Iowa, but then I looked at the ingredients and saw they are generic ingredients that could come from many places other than Iowa. Maybe I'm misunderstanding it, but it didn't matter. It led me to make an incredible corn bread. Next time I may try to source ingredients (at least the corn) from Iowa and see if that's the real secret ingredient... ;)
