BAKED CURRIED FRUIT | |
1 can EACH: sliced pear, sliced or halved apricot, sliced peach, chunk pineapple 1/2 cube butter 1 tbsp. corn starch 1 c. brown sugar 1 to 3 tsp. curry Drain fruit, mix with all other ingredients except butter and spread in greased baking dish. Dot or drizzle butter over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (hot and bubbly). |
