CHICKEN IN BLACK SAUCE 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. red wine
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can crushed tomatoes

Place vegetables in bottom of casserole dish. Put chicken on top of vegetables. Liquify brown sugar and add the red wine. Mix together and pour on top of chicken. Bake at 325 degrees covered for 1 hour.
