IRRESISTIBLE CLAM DIP 
The flavor is at its best when made a day ahead.

1 clove garlic, cut
1 (6 1/4 oz.) can minced clams, drained
1/4 c. clam juice, drained from clams
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Before mixing ingredients, lightly rub bowl with garlic. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, and chill for 3 hours or more. Good served with corn chips.
