NAPKIN PIE 
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Mix:

1 can Eagle brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice

Add:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Fold in:

1 lg. Cool Whip

Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts and refrigerate.
