IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crisp
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. fine chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
