20 MINUTE ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted lard
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Put warm water in bowl. Add yeast and sugar. Then add salt and 2 cups sifted flour. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Then add eggs and 1/4 cup melted lard. Beat 1 minute more. Then gradually mix 4 1/2 cups flour to make dough and let stand in warm place 20 minutes. Shape into rolls. Let rise until double in size and bake.
