CHICKEN WINGS | |
5 lb. chicken wings 1 c. pineapple juice 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Wash chicken wings and arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken wings. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Can thicken sauce with flour and water, if desired. |
