MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt in a 2 quart dish. Place in microwave and bring to a boil; then cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda. Mix well. Put popped corn into heavy, brown grocery bag. Pour syrup over corn. Close bag and shake to mix and coat corn. Close bag by turning down top. Cook in bag in microwave on high for 1 minute. Shake and cook another 1 minute and again shake and cook another 1 minute. Pour into a shallow pan, cool and break apart. Store in a closed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
