HOT KIELBASA DIP
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. smoked kielbasa, finely chopped
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh vegetable dippers, assorted crackers, and/or rye bread cubes

In a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole, micro-cook cream cheese, uncovered, on 100% power (high) about 1 minute or until soft. Stir in the sour cream, milk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the kielbasa, half of the onion, and Parmesan cheese; stir.

Cook, uncovered, on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or rye bread. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
