MUSTARD DILL SAUCE 
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
6 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. chopped fresh dill

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir in vinegar. Gradually add oil, stirring briskly with whisk. Add dill and salt (optional).

This is great served with grilled tuna, salmon, or swordfish steaks.
