BROCCOLI IN DILL SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Dash of pepper

Cut broccoli into serving sized pieces, removing tough stem ends. Place in 2 quart glass casserole with 1/4 cup water. Microwave, loosely covered, on high for 8-10 minutes, or until tender; drain well. Place butter and onion in glass bowl. Microwave, loosely covered, on high for 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in soup, milk, dill weed, and pepper. Pour over broccoli. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Yields 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
