POLISH CHOP SUEY | |
2 to 3 pieces pork steak, cut up sm. 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can mushrooms or 1/2 carton of fresh 1 can sauerkraut 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. Kluske or homemade noodles Fry steak and onion. Drain off grease. Parboil noodles; drain and rinse. In a casserole, put one layer of pork and onion mix, can of sliced mushrooms, one layer of noodles, and one layer of sauerkraut. Dilute one can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over ingredients. Garnish top with whole mushrooms. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
