PEANUT BUTTER EASY FUDGE | |
2 c. white sugar 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. milk, evaporated 3/4 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until syrup dissolves. Cook to soft ball stage, 236 degrees or until a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cut into squares. Chill. |
