CHICKEN RICE SPECIAL 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. Minute Rice
3 cans regular or 1 lg. chicken noodle soup
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. chicken, diced

Saute sausage, celery and onion on medium heat until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
