RHUBARB PIE FILLING 
4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. flour
Butter
Pie dough

Line pie plate with dough. Add rhubarb and top with orange peel. Combine sugar and flour. Mix well and spread evenly over rhubarb. Dot with butter and cover with dough. Seal edges and vent top. Bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
