JOHN WAYNE CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole green chilis, seeded and diced (7 oz. cans)
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (sharp)
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2/3 c. condensed milk (sm. can)
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Oven 325 degrees. In big bowl combine chilis and cheese. Reserve a little for top. Butter dish 8x12 or 9x13.
