LAYERED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 sm. head lettuce, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tiny English peas, drained 4 stalks celery, chopped 6 green onions, chopped 1 tbsp. sugar 1 pt. mayonnaise 1 (9 oz.) can grated Parmesan cheese 9 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled Layer first 4 ingredients in order given in 9x11 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle sugar over this. Spread mayonnaise evenly. Sprinkle cheese over mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Crumble bacon over dish just before serving. |
