KRAUT AND CREAM 
1 jar sauerkraut (drained & rinsed)
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage
1 sm. diced onion
6 slices bacon
16 oz. sour cream

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry with onion until done. Add rinsed kraut and diced sausage. Simmer until hot. Just before serving add sour cream and stir thoroughly.
