CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in hot water and chill. When this begins to thicken, add other ingredients and mix. Serves 6.
