CARROT - PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 sm. orange gelatin (Jello)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated raw carrots

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add carrots and canned pineapple. Chill 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares or use a mold.
