ASPARAGUS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE 
2 lbs. fresh asparagus
4 to 6 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Blanch asparagus 2 minutes. Drain, arrange in a shallow dish. Melt butter and pour over asparagus. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
