APPLESAUCE MOLD 
2 lg. pkgs. lemon Jello
1 c. red hot candies
4 c. hot water
4 c. applesauce
8 oz. cream cheese
5 tbsp. thick cream or canned milk
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve 1/2 cup red hots in 2 cups hot water. While still hot, dissolve 1 package Jello in red hot water. Cool and add 2 cups applesauce. Let set in rectangular pan.

Whip together cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise. Spread over top of Jello. Chill again. Mix remaining red hots, hot water, Jello and applesauce. Pour on top. Let set.
