SUMMER POTATO SALAD 
1 c. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 c. cooked & sliced red skin potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. tamari
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. brown rice vinegar

Saute onions in oil. Add potatoes and saute a few minutes. Add tamari, water and vinegar. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with dill.
