PERSIMMON COOKIES 
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
2 eggs
4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix pulp and sugar. Add butter and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
