16 oz. can whole kernel corn
16 oz. can Ranch-style beans
16 oz. can red kidney beans
16 oz. can Great Northern beans
16 oz. can jalapeno pinto beans
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef or chicken (optional)

Brown and simmer ground beef or chicken with the taco seasoning. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until you are ready to serve. (This can be done in a crock-pot.)

Garnish with sour cream, grated Mexican cheese and tortilla chips.
