VEAL PARMESAN 
6 veal slices
2 tbsp. bottled Italian dressing
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. red wine
6 (2 inch wide) strips sliced Mozzarella

Marinade veal in dressing for 30 minutes. Coat well with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan. Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown veal on both sides. Remove from heat. Spoon tomato sauce over veal. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with red wine. Place cheese slice over each piece of veal. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 3-6.
