TACO PIE 
1 tube biscuits (8-10)
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. tomato paste (6 oz. can)
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place biscuits in a 10 inch pie pan, pressing together gently to form a pie crust. Set aside.

In a large skillet, saute turkey, onion and green pepper for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and water, then sprinkle with taco seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes.

Layer half the meat mixture on top of the biscuit crust, top with half the cheese, then remaining meat mixture, then cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
