2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Karo
1 1/4 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits

Mix sugar and Karo; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and mix. Press into buttered pan and smooth. Melt chocolate bits over hot water and spread over top of cereal.
