THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 can cut green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces, steam until tender. Cool. Drain beans. Mix cauliflower, beans, green pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over above. Refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
